Waitlist Privacy Notice
This notice explains how WayWise processes personal data when you sign up for the WayWise waitlist via waywise.coach. It covers only the waitlist sign-up flow. Once the WayWise platform launches and you create a client account, a separate, full Privacy Statement will apply and will be presented to you at that point.
This notice is provided under Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

Section 2
What data we collect, and why
The table below sets out every data point collected in the waitlist flow, the purpose for collecting it, the legal basis, and how long we keep it. All processing is based on your consent. You give consent by clicking "Count me in". You may withdraw it at any time (see section 5).

The voluntary fields — career situation, barriers, discovery channel, and social follow — are optional. You can sign up for the waitlist using only your email address. Choosing not to answer the voluntary questions does not affect your waitlist entry or your chances in the draw.
Section 3
Where your data is stored
Waitlist sign-ups are stored in a Google Sheet operated by WayWise, via a Google Apps Script form endpoint. The data is held within Google's EU data centres. Google LLC acts as a data processor under the Google Workspace Data Processing Amendment, which incorporates the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA.
We do not use any other tool to store or process your waitlist data at this stage.
Section 4
Who has access to your data
Your data is accessible only to Bruno Winkler (WayWise sole proprietor) and, where directly necessary, intern team members operating under a confidentiality agreement. We do not sell, license, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may disclose data if required by law or a binding order from a competent authority.
Section 5
Your rights
Because we process your data on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Under the GDPR, you also have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you (Article 15);
- have inaccurate data corrected (Article 16);
- have your data deleted (Article 17);
- restrict our processing in certain circumstances (Article 18);
- data portability (Article 20);
- object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21).
To exercise any of these rights, or to unsubscribe from the waitlist, email privacy@waywise.coach. We will respond within one month. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Section 6
Cookies and analytics
The waitlist sign-up page does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If any analytics tool is active on the page, it is configured to collect only aggregated, non-identifiable data (page views, traffic source). No personal data is sent to an analytics provider as part of the sign-up flow.
Section 7
Age restriction
The waitlist is intended for individuals aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted a sign-up, contact privacy@waywise.coach and we will delete the record.
Section 8
Changes to this notice
If we materially change how we process waitlist data, we will update this notice and, where feasible, notify waitlist subscribers by email. The effective date at the top of the document indicates the current version.
